1 shallot, finely chopped
1 red chilli, finely chopped
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
50ml olive oil
1 pack Slo Moe’s Slo Wood Smoked Pork
900g frozen french fries
200g tasty grated cheese
125ml sour cream
1/2 bunch spring onion
Hot sauce, to serve
1. For the chimichurri, in a food processor, combine the shallot, chilli, garlic, red wine, vinegar, salt, coriander, parsley and olive oil. Chill for 3 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 200°C
3.Heat french fries as per packet instructions.
4. Reheat Slo Moe’s Slo Wood Smoked Pork as per packet instructions.
5. Season the french fries then top with Slo Moe’s Slo Wood Smoked Pork and sprinkle with tasty cheese. Cook in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
6. Top with sour cream. Then drizzle with sriracha and chimichurri. Garnish with spring onion. Cheesy fries it’s nice to meat you!
